1. Pricing

All prices quoted are EURO (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price and such change in the pricing shall not affect your order.

 

1. Payments
   We accept different options for payment. Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash on Delivery. You will be presented with these options when you check out and according to the one chosen from you we shall proceed with your order 

[need to mention that if they choose cash on delivery and upon delivery they do not pay we will not deliver the products and may charge them an additional fee for the return of such products and that we reserve all of our legal rights for any potential legal proceedings.

1. Ordering and stock availability

We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 2-10 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.

Your order confirmation received via email is only an acknowledgement of your order being placed and not an acceptance amounting to a contract. The contract commences upon dispatch of the goods.

PETS WITH BENEFIT makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site (PetsWithBenefit.com) as being available or suitable for use for any other purpose than the one suggested in the site.

Any unauthorised commercial sale of our product shall render you liable for all losses and/or damages suffered from PETS WITH BENEFIT.

1. Cancellation

If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge so long as you do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods may be on their way to you. We will cancel any such order without charging you, with the exception that we reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary. In the event of cancellation, we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days. Products must be in their original package and intact in order to justify a full refund. 1. Delivery and Returns

When you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods to be returned must be in their original, unopened, unused condition. For items that are missing, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a query. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement order to be dispatched.

 

For items that you no longer wish to keep, you are able to request a refund for the item up to 14 days from the purchase date. You must contact us to inform us that you would like to request a refund. We will arrange for the item to be collected. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will refund the value of the item provided it is in its original condition. You are responsible for the cost of delivering an item back to us and we will retain this cost from the amount to be refunded.

Following delivery, you have 48 hours or two working days to raise any queries or inform us of any missing or damaged items. After this period we will not be able to be liable for any claims for missing or damaged items. We operate on a fair and flexible basis and will always look into any query in order to help our customers.

When receiving returned goods that have, in our opinion, been used, altered, damaged or are in any other way unfit for resale or return to the manufacturer for credit we will withhold any monies due, advise you in writing or by email within 14 days of any such intention and describe the nature of any such refusal to refund. During any period thereafter the goods will be retained by us for a period of no longer than 30 days and be available for inspection by any interested parties, experts, or witnesses.

1. Warranties

We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification. As described on the site.  For any unsatisfying quality of the product.  Please make a query describing why the product is of unsatisfying quality in your opinion and attach any evidence as photographic evidence in respect of your claim and we shall review your claim within 3 working days from the date of receipt of your claim. Any such claim must be made within 12 hours of delivery.
