Download the DOGNESS App.: You can find this App within the App Store and/ or Google Play store.
Login
Create a Login:     To create a login, you can use your PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL address. 1. Enter your Email or phone number 2. Select get confirmation code. 3. Check for text and/or email with confirmation code. 4. Enter the code to log in
Plug in
Plug-In Device: Make sure your DOGNESS device is plugged in.
Add Device in APP
Select “+“ to Add a Device to the APP.:     Press “+” to add whichever DOGNESS device you have purchased. Follow the steps for directions for use and then press “Next”.
Feed button
Press & Hold down Button for 5 Sec. Press and hold down the button for 5 seconds. You will hear a “DING-DONG” and the green light will start flashing SLOWLY. This means you are ready to connect.
2.4 WIFI
Enter Wifi Info Enter your Wifi Password.        Again, please make sure your router is set on the 2.4 setting. After you have entered your password, select “Confirm this network” if the information you have entered is correct.
QR code scan
QR Code Scan:     To ensure that the QR Code matches up with the camera, hold your cell phone about an arm-length away from the camera face of the DOGNESS device. Then move your phone slowly towards the DOGNESS device so the camera can read the QR code accurately. You will hear a “BEEP”. Wait for the percentage to load.
